Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of The Cube app and this marketing website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use The Cube.
1. The service
The Cube is a family health records and organisation tool with an AI Health Companion for informational summaries, search, reminders, and related features. It is designed primarily for households in India. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Not medical advice
The Cube does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Insights, health scores, extracted values, and AI summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify against original documents and consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services — do not rely solely on the Emergency Card. Using The Cube does not create a doctor–patient relationship with us. See the full disclaimer on the homepage.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law (generally 18+), or use the app under a parent/guardian who accepts these Terms.
- Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep family profiles you manage appropriate and lawful.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to store or share;
- Attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service, or access others’ data without permission;
- Use The Cube for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
- Misrepresent AI output as professional medical advice.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid plan (for example family capacity or AI Companion access). Prices and plan limits are shown in the app and/or on App Store / Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds for store purchases follow Apple’s or Google’s rules. You can manage or cancel renewals in your store account settings.
6. Your content
You retain rights to the documents and notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate The Cube for you (including AI features you invoke). See our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Cube name, branding, app design, and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by normal use of the app and site.
8. Availability & changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Reminders can fail (offline device, OS limits, wrong schedule). We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI and automation tools are assistive only.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or health outcomes arising from use of (or inability to use) The Cube. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or ₹0 if you used only a free tier).
11. Termination
You may stop using The Cube and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
